Scope
Goldbet is a soccer training planning app for creating drills, drawing pitch diagrams, organizing sessions, preparing equipment checklists, and exporting plans. This policy describes the data handling supported by the current application.
Data You Enter and Local Storage
Goldbet stores your drill titles, objectives, instructions, equipment names and quantities, pitch objects and labels, session titles, drill order and durations, and equipment checklist selections. It also stores drill copies within sessions and saves editing drafts for recovery. Text you enter may contain personal information if you choose to include it.
The Android app stores these records in local app preferences on your device. It does not require an account. If you use the browser preview, records and editing drafts are stored in that browser’s local storage.
Collection and Purposes
The current app does not send your planning content to Ken sistems Innovations or an app-operated server. It processes your content locally to display and edit drills, calculate session time and equipment requirements, recover drafts, and prepare exports and backups.
The inspected application contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not implement collection of location, contacts, camera images, microphone recordings, advertising identifiers, or payment information.
File Access, Exports, and Sharing
Goldbet accesses backup files you select through Android’s system file picker. Restoring a backup reads the selected file and, after confirmation, replaces the current drill library, sessions, and checklist state.
You can save backup files containing your saved drills, diagrams, sessions, session drill copies, and checklist selections. You can also save pitch diagrams as PNG images. The app writes these files to the destination you choose through the system file picker.
When you choose to share session notes, Goldbet passes the session title, ordered drills, objectives, instructions, durations, and equipment information to the app you select through Android’s sharing interface. That app and any recipients handle the information under their own practices.
If you choose a cloud storage provider as a file destination or source, that provider may process the selected files. These exports and transfers occur at your direction; Goldbet does not automatically upload planning content to the developer.
Third-Party Components and Device Backup
Goldbet uses Kotlin, Compose, AndroidX, and coroutine libraries to provide its interface and local functions. No third-party data collection service is integrated in the inspected source.
The Android app permits operating-system backup. Depending on your device settings and backup service, Android may back up or transfer local app data. Those processes are controlled by the operating system and the applicable service provider.
Permissions and Security
The Android manifest declares Internet permission, but the current planning functionality contains no implemented network transmission of your content. The app uses the system file picker for selected documents rather than requesting broad access to your files.
Local records use Android’s app-private storage protections. The inspected code does not add application-level encryption to local records or exported backup files. Backup encoding is not encryption. Protect your device and choose export destinations and recipients carefully. No storage or transfer method can guarantee complete security.
Retention and Deletion
Local records remain until you delete or replace them or clear the app’s stored data. Goldbet provides controls to delete drills and sessions and remove session entries and diagram objects. Deleting a library drill leaves its saved session copies in place; remove those copies or their sessions separately if needed. Editing drafts are cleared when saved or explicitly discarded.
You can clear all locally stored Android app data through your device’s app settings. For the browser preview, clear the site’s browser storage. Exported files, shared copies, and operating-system backups must be managed separately through their storage locations, recipients, or backup settings. Deleting content in Goldbet does not delete those copies.
For deletion questions, contact info@kensistems.online. Because planning records are stored locally and are not sent to the developer, the developer cannot remotely access or delete them. The current app has no in-app deletion-request service.
Children’s Privacy
Goldbet’s intended age audience has not been established in the available information. The current app does not require age information or accounts and does not implement a separate collection system for children’s personal information. Avoid entering unnecessary personal details about players, including children, in notes or diagram labels, especially when exporting or sharing them.
Privacy Inquiries
If you email the privacy contact, the information you choose to include will be received as part of that correspondence. The application source does not establish how support emails are retained or deleted. Do not send your drill library or other personal details unless necessary for your inquiry.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to Goldbet or its data handling. Review the policy made available with the app for updates.
